This gorgeous sweater has super fun techniques to learn and Unwind teacher Carrie Turner will lead you step by step through each one!
For this garment making journey we will construct a scoop neckline, fade from one color to the next, and work simple but addictive colorwork. Choose your favorite weight to work with: the Lite Bright is a DK weight garment and the Extra Lite Bright is fingering weight. We will work on the strategy behind creating a great fade. You can choose to fade anywhere from three to seven colors. At the same time, we will also work on chart reading skills for the small colorwork sections. This top is a fabulous statement piece and work of art that you will enjoy not only crafting, but showing off like a fashion model!
We are offering this class in 7 two hour sessions; class limited to 6 students. Not a beginner class; Sweater Basics is a prerequisite.
Yarn and pattern are not included and should be purchased separately.
All sessions will be held on consecutive
Sundays from February 22nd-May 10th, 12:30pm-2:30pm, excluding Easter Sunday.
