Excellent and Thoughtful Customer Service!

I had ordered the last 4 skeins available online in Sand. Unwind sent me a message saying that the 4 skeins were pretty different from each other as they were from different dye lots. They had in turn reached out to Moondrake to ask her to dye a uniform color scheme for me! Such thoughtful customer service and excellent communication. I haven't cast on my project yet, but people have positive things to say about this yarn.
