This breezy yarn is soft and light, making it the ultimate summer yarn! Susurro is 50% Mulberry silk, 25% Merino, and 25% Linen wound as a single ply into a DK/Sport weight. The fusion of these 3 very different fibers results in an amazing depth of color, giving the yarn an almost metallic sheen and marvelous balance between the sharp contrast of the crisp linen and merino silk blend. Susurro is a great choice for shawls, scarves, accessories, lace, textured stitches, and lightweight garments--like Joji Locatelli's Staple Linen Top!

Great yarn and fantastic service!

I was looking for some very specific colors for an upcoming project and with the help of a clerk landed on Susurro. As a beginner knitter, I've been wary of linen and silk. The clerk was so helpful and reassuring, and I'm glad that I went this route! It's working up a truly gorgeous fabric with phenomenal drape and sheen that makes the deep blue i chose pop. I can't wait to try some more colorways!
