Saona is named after the river where Wooldreamers founder's grandfather, Julian, and his two sons, Teodoro and Ramón, would bring their mule-drawn cart full of wool fleeces. There they spent the days washing the wool and allowing it to dry on the banks of the river in preparation for carding, spinning, and finally weaving to make blankets in the family mill.

A tribute to previous generations, Saona is a yarn full of nuances both in its texture and tones, and is perfect for warm weather projects.
